    The data we used is released monthly by the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). If you have recently updated your information, we will receive the updates upon the next release.

    How do I change my address?

    Go to https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/NPPES/Welcome.do. From here, you can log in and make your changes. If you prefer, you may telephone NPI customer service at 800.465.3203 or email customerservice@npienumerator.com. Any changes you make will update at GotNPI.com next time NPPES releases the changes.

    How does Sound Match work?

    Soundex is a phonetic algorithm for indexing names by sound, as pronounced in English. This will help catch alternative spellings of names, such as "Steven" and "Stephen" or "Smith" and "Smyth". You can learn more about Soundex at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soundex

    4. Enter Credit Card Details
    5. Click Update Card Details

    How do I add users to my Premium or Deluxe account?

    1. Open Dashboard
    2. Click My Team Members
    3. Click Add User
    4. Enter your new user's email address, first and last name and a password.
    5. Click Done

    How do I delete users from my Premium or Deluxe account?

    2. Click >Users
    3. Find the user you wish to delete and click Delete
